Hi , i would like to ask about the difference of installing FOP2 ,
i noted two ways,
one from Addons in elastix , just one click
and the 2nd one from the fourms here about many steps using linux console ,
my question is what is the difference between two methods.

The main difference between the Elastix version and the tarball version is that some native FOP2 features are disabled in Elastix to integrate the product with the Elastix environment:
1) fop2 phonebook is replaced with elastix phonebook
2) dial box and popups look for numbers on elastix phonebook
3) you must be logged into Elastix to open the /fop2 page (fop2 autologins when you are logged into elastix)
4) The screen real estate is smaller, as you have an extra menu at the top and at the right from the Elastix GUI
5) The directory layout changes, with Elastix using /etc/asterisk/fop2 for configuration and .tar.gz uses /usr/local/fop2
6) FOP2Admin is installed with the same .rpm, it is not a separate package.
The tarball version is always more up to date, the .rpm for Elastix might get a while to be updated.
The tarball version is easy to install, much easier than you think, and you actually learn how to manage your server via command line a little bit. License management is always better from the command line too.
Most of the Elastix users come hear asking on how to log into fop2 bypassing Elastix sessions and some of them also want the original fop2 phonebook as they do not use the Elastix gui for users, just for administration.
So, use what you want to use. Is up to you. There is also a FreePBX Distro .rpm that was updated recently, that performs the same actions as the Elastix .rpm but without integrating phonebook and autologins. But I am not sure if it was added to the FreePBX distro repositories yet, I did not have much feedback from them (just the pressure to provide an .rpm, but not any feedback, good or bad, after delivering).
