you will see those action buttons only if the extension you have logged as also shows in the extensions lists.
You cannot perform any actions unless your own extension is part of the extension list, so , enable that back again.
If you want to log as any extension and have actions available, and you have more than 15 buttons on your pbx, then you will have to register. Or just enable the extension you are going to use to login.
FOP2 won 2 awards, one from Digium: the Community Achievement Award, and one from Palosanto as the best Elastix Addon.
FOP2 Full includes a chat feature, voicemail explorer, call history, recordings interface (FOP1 does not)
FOP2 is more modern, it uses latest web technologies, including html5 websockets (FOP1 is only flash based)
FOP2 can send SMS messages when using compatible hardware like khomp cards (the next version includes support for chan_dongle, and web api sms providers). FOP1 does not even know about gsm.
FOP2 works with latests Asterisk versions, including support for Asterisk 10, like the new conferencing.
FOP2 includes a FreePBX module that lets you configure users, permissions and button preferences. FOP1 does not have that flexibility.
FOP2 is actively being developed, FOP1 not anymore.
FOP2 is user oriented, you must log in as a user to perform actions , FOP1 does not have user authentication.
Trunk details do not display timers. Functionality wise, the lite and registered versions are the same (with the exception of IM chat and voicemail explorer).
FOP2 includes a simple cdr history. If you want reporting you can use Asternic CDR Reports or Asternic Call Center Stats, from http://www.asternic.biz
