When I call from FOP2 2.26, sometimes my phone rings twice (two line rings). Is this problem known?
Not that I know of. How do you originate the call? Using the dial box and hitting ENTER or the dial button? What browser are you using? Any way I can try to reproduce the issue?
Only few of our users sometimes have this error. They have Windows 7 64bit, Google Chrome 20 (with earlier versions was this same). I can't reproduce this error, becouse this is occuring randomly. Using the dial box and hitting ENTER or the dial button also.
I have the same issue with my fop2 for a while now. But I have finaly found out how to reproduce it.
User has to fail to log into the fop2 one time and just after that type correct password and log in. After picking up any number from phonebook, user gets double call on his IP phone.
Any solutions for that besides "don't mistype your password" anymore?
I appeared on various versions of chrome. Also FOP2 versions were changed over the time.
