Fop2 not showing CallerId

hi
i installed Fop2 on Centos 6 and Asterisk 1.8. Its works greats. But i have 2 question
Why I can't see toolbar on the top panel?
Why Fop2 not showing callerid?

    If you configure "privacy" on your extensions, the callerid will not be displayed, perhaps your button config is set to privacy.

    Regarding the top bar, you do not see it because you are not logged with an extension that is listed bellow. The actions can be performed only if your extension is shown on the extensions box.

    Log as extension 05 and you will see the action buttons.

    And by looking at it, it seems you configured things by hand, in that case the fop2 users must match extensions as defined in the "extension" in your buttons.cfg file
