Is there a way to store the settings a user sets for Ringing & Sounds within the panel?

    Not sure if I understand your question.. I can say that user settings are stored on the server, so they will be remembered. There is nothing to do on your side. If you want to disable/enable sounds globally you can edit /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js (but user settings will override whatever global setting you might have there, so you could disable sounds globally and enable it for some user).

    In the panels there is options to turn of ringing and sounds. every time you log in you need to set these settings.

    Is this standard behavior?

    No, it is not standard. Connfiguration is stored ON THE SERVER for EACH USER. If you turn off the sound for extension 100, it will be "remembered", but for extension 100, not for extension 101 and 102.

    If you want to change it globally, edit /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js
