Voicemail Not Updating

Likely, it's something not on FOP2's end but when I check a message and, say, delete it, FOP2 still shows that there is a new message.

Any ideas?

How do you delete the voicemail?

VIa the phone?

Via fop2 voicemail explorer ?

Via some other web based voicemail interface?

If the later, asterisk will not send an event notifying of a voicemail update/deletion. You can somehow fix this by setting:

pollfreq = 30

In /etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf
