Whisper Talk Back

The ability to be able to use listen and whisper and have the person be able to respond without alerting the third party they are speaking with. For instance I am on a call with a client and my boss is listening and whispers to me a question I can respond to my boss without my client hearing any of the exchange.

    FOP2 uses asterisk's chan_spy. So this would be a feature request for Asterisk more than FOP2. Whenever that option becomes available, you will be able to use it by configuring the spy_options directive in fop2.cfg or in the particular button.

    In the meantime, if both the agent and the supervisor are logged into fop2, you can use the fop2 chat feature as an alternate communication channel.
