Problem after buy complete version

Hello there,

I just bought the complete version of fop2 via the web interface of elastix, they redirected me to the palosanto/fop2 page, with the server address already fill and I completed the buy, so far, so good.

After that, I tried to login on my brand new full-featured fop2 and just got the message "one moment please".

When I go to console and try a fop2_server --test he says a just have a demo license (whaat?) and I'm not able to access fop2 interface anymore.

I tried remove (uninstall) and reinstall fop2, reboot the server, pray to all saints but still no joy.

Could yous guys please advise?

    Hi,

    When you purchase your license, you recieve an email with detailed instructions on how to activate the software. It does not activate by itself. You have to enter your registration code as instructed in the email. Did you recieve the email? Did you follow those instructions?

    I just received a mail with my "proof of purchase".

    I don't received a mail with any registration code or detailed instructions about how to register FOP2, that mail can be resent ?

    Hi,

    We already solved this on the phone. I will clarify a little bit here or other users.

    If you buy from the Elastix Marketplace, you should contact them for the missing codes as they will be able to serve you better. They send not only a confirmation email but another one with instructions and the activation code for your license.

    When you purchase from us, you also receive a confirmation email from paypal, and another email from us with instructions.
