Issue with ISDN Bri Trunks

Hi friends.

I recently purchased fop2 and it work correctly but I have and issue with ISDN BRI trunks: the channels works perfectly with freepbx/asterisk but the status of this channels is not show in fop2.

My freepbx works with 4 FXO channels and 2 BRI ISDN (4 channels) and the status of FXO channels is ok in fop2. I attach a pic with four conversations online: three are ok by the fxo channels (DAHDI 1 TO 4) and one, from extension 105 by the BRI ISDN channels (DADHI 9, 10, 12 and 13) don't show in fop2.

Could you help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

  • You must do an "asterisk -rx "core show channels"" while you have some calls up on your BRI channels, look at the channel names, and then be sure you have that name on the channel field on the fop2 buttons page for that trunk. FOP2 tracks usage by channel name, so if you have

DAHDI/somename-1234, you will have to monitor DAHDI/somename instead of DHADI/9
  • Don't work, Nicolas. The channel name of the first BRI is DAHDI/i2:

    asterisk*CLI> core show channels
    Channel Location State Application(Data)
    DAHDI/i2/913285100-4 s@app-announcement-1 Up Playback(custom/no-estamos,noa
    1 active channel
    1 active call
    500 calls processed

But, i write DAHDI/i2 in the "Zap/Dahdi Channels" field of this trunk (DAHDI/9) of the Fop2 button page, submit and apply changes and don't work...

Any other idea of what happen?

    Thanks in advance!
  • It *does* work providing that the channel name you see in core show channels matches the one configured in the fop2 button configuration.

As you have the (i)nterface prefix for the DAHDI, you will have to modify the autconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh script as posted several times already in this forum, first check the names for your channels when you run:

    /usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-buttons-freeepbx.sh

Do you see channel=DAHDI/1 instead of DAHDI/i1 ?

Then please read this post, that links to several other posts about this, it was discussed lots of times:
