'Flash Player Required' with IE9 on Server 2008

I installed flash player and can display the adobe test page proving that flash does work, but using IE9 over remote desktop running Server 2008 FOP won't start up saying "Flash Player Required". It does seem to work with Firefox though. FOP version 2.26

    Do not run the page in compatibility mode. FOP2 works well with IE8 an IE9 in normal mode, no problems at all unless you made a typo in some .js file like presence.js
