Retrieve a call placed on hold at an extension?

I have an inbound call centre where the agents are very busy. Sometimes they place a caller on hold while they take another call (don't ask why - this is what the client wants). The agent may forget that he has a caller on hold. Can the supervisor pick up the call on hold - effectively "sieze" it back from that extension, using fop2?

    No, you cannot do that right now. The next release might include an experimental option to drag&drop calls. It is a dangerous option an I am hesitant to add it..
