Purchased a license for Elastix. Do not see the IM capability. I unblocked port 4446 tcp, but still being blocked unless I deactivate the firewall.

    Hi,

    The port is tcp/4445. If you disable the firewall and it works, then you know there is a missing or incorrect rule.

    The IM chat option requires that you have "all" or "chat" as permission in the fop2 user
    It also requires a full/chat license

    IF both conditions are met, then clicking on a button presence icon (the red/green circule) will popup a subaction menu with the chat option.

    Removed and re-entered Elastix security settings, all seems to be working.

    To get to FOP2 directly without using the Elastix menuing system, should we be able to browse directly to:

    http://MY.IP.address/fop2

    to login to FOP2?

    If you installed the Elastix FOP2 via marketplace and you want to bypass the Elastix login, you have to log into

    http://your.server/fop2/fop2.html
