New Installation problem

When we try to click the extension indicator to display the small menu for 'send email' etc we just get a tiny horizontal line.
Please can anyone give me a clue? The remaining functions seem fine, except for frequent difficulty in login acceptance ( usually works 2 out of 6 tries.

    The action submenu only shows options if you do have options to perform. If not, it will appear empty.

    You can send email if you configured emails in the fop2 buttons page in freepbx fop2admin or your buttons.cfg file

    You can add/remove from queue if you have all/queuemanager permissions, and you actually see a queue button on the display

    you can start chat, if you have "all" or "chat" permissions and a license that allows chat.

    If no conditions are met, you will see that empty line.. the next release will display nothing at all (the line glitch is fixed).
