Queue Buttons not visible

I've installed and licensed FOP2. I can see all extensions, trunks, and conferences as expected. However ther are no buttons under the Queues section.
I'm using freepbx with the default configuration, ie no modification to fop2.cfg or buttons.cfg.
Any Ideas?

Maybe you are using an older FreePBX version. If you look at the autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh script, you will see that there is a commented line for querying for the queues, you can uncomment that line and comment the one that is active and restart FOP2 to see if it helps.
