Failed HD, FOP License wont activate.

We had a virtual PBX HD failure and had to migrate the data to a new server. The PBX is the same, and there is no way to go back and --revoke the license from the old machine. Is there any way I can get it revoked so I can reactivate it on the same PBX, new hard drive?
