We are planning a new server, and we acquire FOP2, but we are doubting to buy the version with chat. What requirements have version FOP2 chat? some configuration is required on the asterisk?
There are no special requirements at all. FOP2 has its own simple chat engine, you do not need extra servers or clients. The chat is web based and is initiated from within the regular FOP2 gui in your browser.
