FOP2 not monitoring Ext
I have an ext that for some reason stopped working in FOP2. It had been working for months but something happen and I can't figure it out.
When I login as ext 300 it doesn't display that ext. It also doesn't display any of the buttons such as the barge, spy, record, etc. It also does not display the buttons on the right hand side of the screen, such as the preferences and the logout button.
The end result of this issue is that when ext 300 is called my popup script doesn't detect that 300 is being called and thus not produce my popup URL.
I have checked all the button configs and have also deleted and rebuilt the fop2 user and asterisk ext in FreePBX. If I login as a different user I get the expected buttons, so it seems to be centered around this ext.
What else should I troubleshoot?
