Missing status updates?

We regularly have problems where an old call stays displayed for an extension or queue, even after the call is disconnected. Reloading the FOP2 webpage fixes this, so it looks like the line status update gets lost somewhere between the client and the FOP2 server. Does anyone have suggestions for debugging/fixing this?

    Perhaps you are suffering of AMI disconnections, or perhaps Asterisk was restarted without restarting FOP2. In some circumstances you can experience those kind of issues when any of those happens. To try to prevent AMi disconnections you can create an ami users as described in this blog post (for asterisk 1.8 and newer):
