Loading this as index.html shows "Flash Required" on browser. Is this compatable with FOP2? I am looking for an extensions only screen due to a high number of extensions.
What fop2 version do you have installed, run a diff between the two files, there was a package that had an older version index_only_extensions that was hence broken, but it is easy to spot the differences with diff. You want to modify some css classes only and not remove or add any extra divs/sections.
