Thanks Nicolás! It's enabled and the buttons are present, what we are unsure of is the actual process for performing a supervised transfer via the buttons. I'm certain it's something obvious and I'm just too dense to figure it out.
FOP2 just fires the native xfer feature from Asterisk. If you are talking to someone and want to transfer the call, you should click the target extension (that will become highlighted), and then the TRANSFER action button at the top. At that point, you will hear ringing while the person you were talking to will be put on hold. When the target extension answers, you can hangup to perform the transfer (do it directly with your handset), or if the target extension hangs up first, the call will be returned to you.

Or you can upgrade to 2.27 (currently in beta) that have two separate action buttons, one for blind, and another for supervised.
