Template usage

I have been using templates in FreePBX to configure user pedrmissions. However, when I modify the template, it does not affect users that were already defined in the system.

Is that correct behaviour?

    Yes, it is the correct behavior. The template is like a stamp, if you modify the stamp it will not change what was stamped before.
