CentOS glibc

I am having some difficulties. It says that glibc is required for FOP2.
My server returned: Package glibc-2.12-1.107.el6_4.2.i686 already installed and latest version.

However trying to start the server returns:

Is that another issue or is there a way that I'm not seeing to make this work?
