i can't get the toolbar
hello,
i'm using freepbx 2.11 (with FOP2 admin 1.2.13 installed) , Asterisk 11.5 on a centos 6 64bits, i installed FOP2 in the server and everything seems to be running ok, but when i connected with the web page the toolbar does not appear. I can monitoring whatever happens with the extension, conferences and trunks, but i can't do any action over them.
any advice,
thank you
Nelson

Best regards,
When I try to hover over an extension (mine or someone else's) I dont get a menu. In Chrome\firefox I get a grey line but nothing else. In IE 10 I get an empty grey box.
Any help would be great.
It is not the same problem, one thing is the top toolbar, and a different thing the action submenu.
For the top toolbar to show, you must login with an extension that is also listed as a button in the extension box bellow. Otherwise, the toolbar won't be displayed. (original question).
If you do not see the action submenu, it is because you do not have options on that menu to perform, either by configuration, license or permission. The test is rather simple, add an email to every extension either via the fop2 buttons page in the freepbx fop2admin module, or adding the email= setting if you configured buttons manually, then restart fop2 and try again. You will see the send email option in the menu. That is the only option that only requires a configuration to be displayed, so it is the easier to test. For chat, you must have a chat license and chat permissions, for queue actions you need to see a queue button, and have queuemanager or all permissions.
Best regards,
That is all working well now.
