Validation problem. Please contact your provider
Our fop2 was working fine for the past several months. We had to reboot the PBX Server and ever since then the FOP does not display correctly.
It does have an error on the bottom left "Validation problem. Please contact your provider." I have tried to contact you guys via phone for the past several days using the USA line but no one picks up or it goes to someone that speaks Spanish.
We did not change any hardware or software prior to this error. I have tried running the following commands to no avail:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register
I even tried in sudo.
Is there anyone that can assist with this issue or an actual English speaking phone# for support??
