Queue status

We have 20 agents that log into several queues. The panel shows the queues and the logged in agents but it seems to lag behind real time status by about 20 - 60 seconds. Is it possible to change the panel update time?

    It should be done in realtime unless Asterisk fails to send proper events. I would have to debug your setup, basically check the manager output while you login or logout from the queue. (It also depends on the way to log agents, it is not the same procedure if you use agentlogin/callbacklogin or dynamic members).
