Get information Extension and Pass in page login?

My page login for manager:

I want to build a application Chat Room in this page after manager loged.
So I want to get information of fields: Extension and Password after I loged into this page
Please tell for me.

I am not sure if I understand your request.. but you might need to use the latest beta where you can send the exten and pass parameters via url, in that way you might be able to have your own login system and hack your applications into that.
