Queue Call Count with Ast 1.4

I am having trouble with the call count on the Queue Agent buttons. Call count is always 0. Installation is on Asterisk 1.4.22.2. Here is an output of the Queue Status Command:

I tried to search the forum for an existing post, but it is rejecting all of my search terms as too common.

Not sure what product are you talking about? You mean the fop2 agent list in a queue button? The number that appears on mouse over is the penalty, not the call count.
