Button missing
I have a user who is setup and has permissions just like my other call center agents:
dial
hangupself
phonebook
pickup
preferences
queueagent
All call center agents can see each other but they cannot see this one user. As an admin, I can see him, but nobody without all permissions can see him. I have gone through everything I know...are there more things I need to check? Any suggestions?
