Presence Icon Problems

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the presence icon - When you click on the button an empty box appears without anything at all within it. Its the same for any extension I click on.

I have tried in several different browsers but it does not work correctly in any of them.

Any ideas?

You do not have permissions, or the conditions are not met to show any of the available menu options. If you want to see some options in there, go to the "fop2 buttons" page in fop2admin and configure emails for your extensions. After applying changes you will see the "send email" option in the action submenu.

If you want to have the chat option, you need the chat license *and* chat permissions for your user.

If you want to see queue actions, you need the "queuemanager" permission *and* also see some queues on your display.
