Action bar missing

Hello, I am install FOP2 panel(deb package) on ubuntu to asterisk11. FOP2 connect to server and i see when incoming\outgoing сall, but action bar is missing :shock: ! Screenshot in attachment. What could be the reason?

The action bar is not shown if you log with an extension that is NOT listed in the extensions box. That is by design. If you want to perform actions, your own extension must be visible in the extensions box.

Sorry Screenshot not posted. . I see my extension in extensions box and user has all right (user=admin:secret:all).
