fop2_server crashes 'randomly'

Good morning folks,
I'm attempting to find a resolution to an intermittent crash that has been occurring on one of our servers. The panel will die, and has to be manually restarted. A simple restart via the init script gets it back up and running temporarily.

Please let me know what information I need to provide (and the means to provide it, sorry huge noob here :) )

    Version 2.26 has a crash condition when using websockets and a large number of buttons. You can prevent it from happening by disabling websockets in /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js.

    Or you can upgrade to version 2.27.

    As you do not say what version you have, I will assume that you are running 2.26 or older, if not, let me know.
