Barge button?

On the FOP2 panel, I want 3 buttons. Listen, Whisper, and Barge. The first two are there already except for Barge. How can I get that working. I tried added the Conference plugin but that doesn't do anything when clicked on it. Also I try doing the custom button [url:cmibndor]http://www.fop2.com/blog/creating-a-custom-fop2-action-button[/url:cmibndor]option but still no action is fired. What am I doing wrong?

    The conference button does something similar to what you need, you will have to find us on the live help to troubleshoot if it does not work for you. Perhaps there is an issue with permissions for your user.

    Sorry to break in on an old thread but I have a similar question. The listen and whisper functions work great but is there any way to barge a call once you are in whisper or listen?

    You can modify either spy_options or whisper_options in /usr/local/fop2/fop2.cfg to pass more parameters to chanspy, like the "d" option to switch modes by dialing numbers with your phone:

    4 = spy mode
    5 = whisper mode
    6 = barge mode

    Or you can install the Conference button plugin, that button lets you create a 3 way conference directly (by using chanspy barge mode).

    Thanks for the swift reply. I did find that in another post after posting this one and implemented the "d" option and it worked. Thanks very much.
