Missing Buttons

Ok,

Got FOP2 installed and working correctly... I think.

But upon testing, I login with extension 200 "operator" and can see the extensions, and conferences.. This user has all permissions.

However Park Slots-Ring Groups-Trunks are all not there? Where to look to add these?

FreePBX 2.10.1.10
Asterisk 1.8.25

Hi,

The lite version is limited to 15 buttons on screen. Maybe you reached that limit? If you want to see other button types on the lite version you will have to "make room" for them by disabling some extensions or conferences, or you can purchase a license to remove that limit. If using freepbx, you can disable buttons by going to the "fop2 buttons" menu and checking the disable check box next to them.

Thanks, that is what it was, we are evaluating the software this week and more than likely will be purchasing a license on Monday of next week, how long does it take before the license is activated?

Activation codes are delivered at the same time the payment is received. Activating the license is quiete easy once you get the code, so in a few minutes you should be up and running.

If you do not receive the registration email shortly after payment contact us via email/live help as it might get caught by spam filters or similar.

P.S. Bought the product key the other day and the client is very happy with the product, so is the receptionist.
