Can't revoke license

I am trying to revoke a license so I can move it to a new system.

I am running

/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke

and get this error

Serial code not available for revokation on this machine!

I need to get this upgraded server working and FOP2 is a very important piece of the system

    Either check you are using the correct activation code (do not use an upgrade code), or that you have a valid license (you can check with /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test )
