XFER to a cell only rings one time.

Hey, When we transfer from FOP2 to an external cell number the cell phone only rings one time! Then the call disconnects.
any ideas?

    Look at the asterisk full log, FOP2 does not perform calls, it just send a command to Asterisk so Asterisk itself does what it knows to do. I cannot say what is happening, but the Asterisk full log will probably tell you.
