Strange behaviour on queue call
There is something strange going on when my operator receives a queue call. In fact that is how she receives all calls, as her extension is part of several queues.
She picks up the calls from the panel using her mouse.
She then can't make a supervised transfer (clicking the action button has no effect) and when transfering to a mailbox using the transfer to mailbox action button, the call hangs up.
None of this is happening when she has either initiated the call, or received a call on her extension directly not coming from the queue.
Can you help?

In the originate channel for the extension, I am using Local/*805313@from-internal, with *80 being the intercom prefix to auto answer a call that Asterisk originates to me.
Now when I pick up a call from a queue using my mouse like in below image I cannot transfer the call to another extension's mailbox using the transfer to mailbox icon, the call just hangs up.
I also cannot make a supervised transfer.
If I have picked up the call on my phone itself, not using the pickup with my mouse on fop2 panel, the issue doesn't occur.
Any ideas?
