Ability to see who is listening

Hi - A former HUD customer wants the ability to see if an extension is listening to/monitoring another extension. Possible?

Also, I know there's a way to configure the whisper button to barge instead, but is there a way to get BOTH whisper and barge functionality? Reassign another button perhaps?

Hi,

There is no precise way to see how is listening, besides looking at the extension status itself that won't have a directional arrow or dialed number on display.

As for having both functions, there is a plugin for adding a Conference button, that uses chanspy to barge on a call to do a pseudo conference. So you can have BOTH buttons active and working using their corresponding function.

The conference button option works. Now we can barge!

There is no sign/way to see what extensions are being spied on. I might add that in a future release, but currently there is no indicator.
