When picking up call via mouse click I lose functions

My fop2 extension is member of a queue. When I receive a call into this queue and I pick it up using my IP phone, everything is fine.

However, if I use FOP2 to pick up the call by clicking on the "Pick up call" popup that comes up when I hover over the queue field, I can successfully pick up the call (I am using the intercom feature code "Local/*805313@from-internal" in the originate channel of FOP2 manager to auto answer), but I lose some functionality in what I can do with the call.

I can't perform a supervised transfer (nothing happens when I click the action button in fop2).
I also can't forward the call using the transfer to mailbox action button. When I do that the call drops.

None of this is happening when initially picking up the call manually on the phone itself. It only happens when I pick it up using a mouseclick in fop2.

I attached two fop2 debug logs.
Capture1 is the scenario where I picked up the queue call using mouseclick in fop2 and attempting a supervised call first and then transfer to mailbox, both failing.

Capture2 I had picked up the queue call from my phone and attempted a successful transfer to mailbox as well as a successful supervised transfer.

Can you help?
