Display several pages, no action on trunk button and organisation issues

Hello admin,

I'm using FOP2 for a longtime on Elastix MT. Happy, having a version more compatible. After few days usage, I have noted several issues with the interface admin and users.

First, I have thousand buttons recorded in my organisation but when I log in fop2manager, in the Button section, I have the 'next' button to display the others buttons but this doesn't work. When I click on, it display anything and even if I click on previous button. I have to refresh the page to display the initial list buttons but not all are display.

The other issue from fop2manager, when I want to change the organisation, it is always the same by default. So I can't change organisation.

Then, I have configured trunk buttons but when I connect in fop2 as user, it is display on the interface but nothing happen when a call is maded from or to it.

what version of the fop2 manager do you have installed?

As for trunk buttons, they will show activity if the trunk channel name matches the one that the "core show channels" command inside asterisk will show when there is a call going through it... it is merely a configuration issue, you will have to set the channel name correctly on the channel field in the buttons tab.

The version of fop2manager is at 1.0.6

Command "core show channels" generate different ID's (for example : SIP/GX-0000XXXX) for each call. So I apply what you said wihtout the ID and in my environment it works now, thanks. But in my test environement, Trunk section is not visible in fop2 interface and my user has all buttons checked. What I have to do to display it please ?

There is a newer version available for the manager, that has some updates regarding multi tenancy (1.0.7). You might want to check it out. As for trunk buttons not showing, the best option to NOT limit views, is to not check any groups in the user section... no groups means no filtering at all, even if the automated "all buttons" group is selected.

I made the upgrade this morning and I can change my organisation. Thanks for this. I made some tests and note some issues :

- In my environment test with 46 buttons exactly and limiting displaying buttons per page at 10, it almost works, not all buttons are visible, just the first 30.
- However, in my production environment where I have almost thousand buttons, the problem is the same, when I click on 'Next', the page begin loading then display anything and I have to refresh the page. And I still have tables flushed and associations deleted. Thanks for your help.

For the problem of trunk section, the problem was that the licence I installed, has been deactivated for a unknow reason.

I didn't mentionned, in my production environment, when I go in buttons tab, sometime, a pop-up display : xxx buttons were added from latest system update.
In my environement test, I put 12 buttons per page then I have all my extensions buttons.
