FOP2 Delay Issue

Dear Support,

Our client has FOP2 installed and activated on Elastix 2.4, there is a huge delay in FOP2, i mean when the pbx receive a call it takes about 90 sec to see the call in the FOP2 interface

I have check the service is running and run "fop_server --test" command and everything is OK .

    Seems odd, as FOP2 is event based. It does not poll for information/status. It just consumes events that asterisk produce in its AMI interface. Do you have full permissions for the AMI user for FOP2? Did you create a special manager user as recommended in the online documentation? If not, I advise you to try that first:

    HI,
    I have check the fop2.cfg and i found the manger user is admin user of my system which has the full permissions on my system,
    also i have followed the doc and create fop2 manager user, but still the same problem.

    plz advice

    There is not much to advise or say. FOP2 is event based and will react as soon as an event is processed. My suggestion is to use the special user as described in the documentation, same as I said before. Use a special fop2 user, with eventfilters to reduce manager output, and not the overcrowded admin user. You can also try to catch me on the live help at www.fop2.com and provide remote ssh access to your server to verify your setup.
