Showing only 1 user but have 9 Users

Hi Admin,
I'm new with fop2.
I'm having a problem on the fop2 web panel.
I have 9 Users [users.png] on the fop2 admin but when I login to the http://[Hostname]/fop2/ using 2208 User. . .I cannnot see the other users except 2208 [Extension.png].

How do I able to show the other user?

Edit user 2208 and unclick all groups. Save, reload fop2, and try again. Selecting groups will FILTER OUT whatever is not part of that group.

Also, a USER is not a BUTTON on the display. Select the buttons tab, do you see many buttons there? Are they enabled?

Thanks. I can see the other user now. Add also I add 4 more extension on the freepbx portal and appear on the fop2 web portal. . .All the buttons are enabled.
