Hi Sir, Thank you for the great helps. We are facing a problem. When call come in to a queue which have 2 extension, the system will auto pause the extension number but after few sec, is it can be auto unpause.
Is there any way to do that and the report reflect in asternic.

Not really sure if I understand what you need to do? The autowrapup plugin will pause for a configurable time and unpause automatically... is that what you need? (pauses are reported in asternic)
