Just one button

Hello,

It is a licensed version.
[root @ ipbx39 ~] # / usr / local / fop2 / fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - White Label Version
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License
Flash Operator Panel 2 - FeatureSet: Voicemail Explorer & IM Chat

There FreePBX.
FOP2 appears just a button instead of 37 buttons.
See attached file.

The reason ?

Comments

  • There the message "There are no licensed plugins" in the Manager.
    See attached file.

    However
    [root @ ipbx39 ~] # / usr / local / fop2 / fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - White Label Version
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License
Flash Operator Panel 2 - FeatureSet: Voicemail Explorer & IM Chat
  • You do not have licensed "plugins", so that message is normal. There are some commercial plugins that are extra to your standard license with voicemail explorer and chat.

Regarding the reason you see only one button, it is most probably because your configuration is done in a way to restrict views to show what you are seeing. That is usually the result of misunderstanding groups and why / how you should use them.

Go to the FOP2 Manager, edit your user, unclick/unmark any groups it might have assigned. Save, then reload FOP2 from the Actions menu. Then go and log back in and check if you see more.
  • Hello,

    I changed as you specify.
I tried many settings and I can see only one button. That of the user who logs.

    A solution ?
  • I ended up just uninstall and delete all the files, and reinstall everything is ok now.
  • I have not touched and it came back with one button.
    I do not understand it!

    A solution ?
  • With Firefox there is a single button.
With Chrome, there is no access.
With IE, there is no access.
  • If you cannot access it could be because:

    1) fop2 is not running
    2) port tcp/4445 is blocked
    3) button configuration has non ascii chars and it is NOT encoded in utf8

For the later case, open the javascript console on the browser (use google chrome for that), if there is an encoding errror, it will most probably be shown as a log in red.
  • Hello,

    Reinstalling again, it was ok.
But there are buttons that have disappeared again.
I created two new queues and impossible to bring up the buttons.

I have already installed 30 free and paid Fop2 and I never had a problem.
This time nothing goes. I do not understand.
I do not use the standard port 4445 but another. But it is also the case in other facilities that It Works with older versions.

    A solution ?
  • A force to touch everything, the buttons have returned.
    I do not understand anything.
  • Whenever you add extensions, queues or whatever into your FreePBX or backend, you have to log into the fop2 manager and bring the buttons tab so they are populated with new information. Then reload fop2.
  • Hello,

I added a new extension in FreePBX.
We can see the button in the FOP manager.
    I clicked on "synchronize labels".
    I reload FOP2.
    I restarted the FOP2 service.
But the button do not appear in FOP2.

    A solution ?
  • Edit your user and unclick all groups it has assigned, then try again. If you use groups, then be sure that the extension is part of one of the selected groups... otherwise leave groups unclicked in a user to NOT restrict views at all.
