It depends on what features did you install and use.. if you are using the phonebook, you will want to export the records or dump the fop2 database, and import on the new install. And if you have some special configs, they will be probably inside fop2.cfg. The license file is fop2.lic, however if you swap server you will have to re register your copy with the same code.
