fop2.cfg on 2.30

After upgrading to FOP2 2.30, I have three fop2.cfg files.
fop2.cfg
fop2.cfg.bak
fop2.cfg.new
When making a change, which ones do I need to alter?

fop2.cfg is the one... fop2.cfg.new is the default .cfg included with the release, you might want to run a diff between fop2.cfg and fop2.cfg.new to see what was added, as perhaps you might want to add those to your current .cfg file.
