Voicemail won't display for another user with voicemailadmin

I able to access my on voicemail from fop2 but when I try to look at someone else voicemail when I have the voicemailadmin right. It display only the title bar and display no message even they are some in the voicemail.

    Hi, we spoke earlier via live help but we did not finish. Please try to contact me again to see if that quote in the callerid is making the voicemail info not display on the FOP2 UI.

    I fixed the quote issue I can now see my own voicemail but I still can't see other user voicemail when I have all or voicemail admin permission.

    I get a popup windows with only the title.

    So, it seems to be that callerid with just a single quote that causes the problem... I wanted to see if you have that incorrect clid in the rest of voicemails metadata file. Now, what it is important is to find where that single quote is set in the callerid and remove it... look at your inbound routes "cid name prefix" option, do you have something in there?
