license FOP2 2.29

how can i register new version of FOP2?
I try to register it by --register --code but :

Serial code not available for version 2.29.02.

You can register only version 2.20.

    You cannot reuse a code without prior revocation.

    Also, version upgrades are available for one year. After one year you must purchase the annual software maintenance ($20) from www.fop2.com/buy.php

    I did downgrade to fop 2.20 and register it with code, but still have license issue.

    #/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -v
    fop2_server version 2.20

    you must restart fop2:

    /etc/init.d/fop2 restart

    or

    service fop2 restart
