Calls on Hold being transferred
My client has a FreePBX system we installed for them, and they're using FOP2 and for the most part love it; one issue they're having is that if they have an initial call that they place on Hold, then answer a second call, when they attempt to transfer the second ('live') call to a voicemail box, it instead transfers the initial caller that is on Hold, rather than transferring the 'live' call (second caller).
From my understanding, a call on Hold is NOT supposed to be able to be transferred, so I'm scratching my head; I haven't stood next to the receptionist as she's doing the transfer, but she's used FOP2 enough, that I trust what she is describing.
Does this seem possible, or do you think she indeed could be doing the transfer improperly?

That is key to have hold/unhold events reported via AMI, important for FOP2 to determine what the active channel is.
Try setting callevents=yes in your sip settings configuration in FreePBx.
