problems with set/unset pause operator in fop2

Hello.
I have:
CentOS release 6.5
Asterisk 11.9.0
fop2_server version 2.27
FreePBX 12.0.76.2

Sometimes I have a problems with set/unset pause operator in fop2.

Try upgrading FOP2 to a more recent version. there were some issues with non utf8 wide characters that were fixed.. perhaps you are using pause with reason with non ascii text? In any case, try a newer FOP2 version.

I paid upgrade code for Annual Maintenance and recieve upgrade code, but ..
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --upgrade
Flash Operator Panel 2 - White Label Version.
There are no upgrades available for your license.

I should download and upgrade fop2
UPGRADING FROM A PREVIOUS INSTALL
Just untar the package and run "make"?

I have not got a problem with the working license after upgrade version from 2.27 to 2.30?

Maybe the initial year has not passed yet? In any case, you should not have any issues with the upgrades, download 2.30, extract and run make to install over your current install.

Once the initial year passes, you should have the "annual upgrade" as an option, and you can use your upgrade code at that moment, to extend support/upgrades for an additional year.

There is no upgrades available as your license is invalid. It is not possible to apply upgrade codes into unlicensed or invalid licensed installs.

You should open a ticket in support.asternic.biz requesting a manual revocation of your current activation code and also the apply of your annual upgrade, as you won't be able to do it yourself as your copy is not licensed currently.
