On hold feature

There are a lot of nice features like call pick up or transfer a call but I can’t find a way to put a call on hold. Is this feature available in fop2?

    No, it is not available. Unfortunately Asterisk does not provide such a feature to be called from AMI, hence you won't see it in FOP2. You can use call parking to achieve a similar result.
